At Vastraki, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please review the following policy:

Orders can be cancelled at any time before payment confirmation without any charges.

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

If payment has already been made, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If eligible, you may request a return or exchange as per our Return & Exchange Policy after delivery.

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.

Cancellation requests are processed only during our business hours.

Customized or personalized products (if introduced in the future) cannot be cancelled once production has started.
