By placing an order on www.vastraki.com, you agree to the terms of this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests only in the following circumstances:

• Manufacturing defect
• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product delivered
• Missing item(s) in the package

To be eligible, you must notify Vastraki within 48 hours of delivery by sharing your Order ID along with clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchange for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests may be accepted for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged products
• Incorrect product delivered
• Size exchange (subject to availability)

Customers requesting an exchange for a different size or product due to personal preference may be required to bear the applicable shipping charges.

Exchange requests are subject to approval after inspection of the returned product.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Customer does not like the colour, design, print, embroidery, style, or fabric.
• Minor colour variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings.
• Product has been used, worn, washed, altered, ironed, or damaged after delivery.
• Original tags, labels, packaging, or accessories are missing.
• Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable.

Please note that slight variations in colour, print placement, embroidery, stitching, or fabric texture are normal and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

4. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photographs or an unboxing video.
• Our support team will review your request.

If approved, Vastraki will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

5. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

• Contact Vastraki Customer Support via WhatsApp or Email.
• Share your Order ID and the reason for the request.
• Attach clear photographs or an unboxing video.
• Wait for approval from our support team.
• Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Products must be returned in:

• Unused condition
• Unwashed condition
• Original packaging
• With all original tags and labels attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect where replacement is not available.
• Incorrect product delivered where replacement is not available.
• Damaged product received where replacement is not available.
• Order cancelled by Vastraki before dispatch.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Vastraki does not provide refunds for products returned due to personal preference or change of mind.

7. Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

8. Fraudulent or Invalid Claims

Vastraki reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request if:

• False or misleading information is provided.
• The returned product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged.
• The returned item is different from the item originally delivered.
• The claim is found to be fraudulent or abusive.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Customers may refer to this Return & Exchange Policy for eligible requests after delivery.
